📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Help organize and facilitate team-building activities and employee engagement programs
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and data entry
• Gain exposure to HR analytics and reporting, using tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to the overall success of the HR department
• Attend and contribute to HR department meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of academic or professional experience in HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, and Workday
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
