📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain competency frameworks and training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance data.
• Design and deliver training sessions using various learning methods and technologies.
• Collaborate with managers to integrate learning and development activities into performance management processes.
• Utilize HR tools such as SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams to manage training programs and track employee progress.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR training and competency development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR training and competency development.
• Certification in HR training and development (e.g., SHRM-CP, ATD CPLP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR tools such as SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Familiarity with competency modeling and assessment tools.
