📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement cutting-edge learning and development programs tailored to the needs of our Manado-based employees.
• Create and deliver engaging and effective training sessions that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
• Oversee the performance of our learning partners and ensure that they are delivering high-quality training to our employees.
• Work closely with our team of trainers and learning specialists to create and deliver training programs that meet the unique needs of our Manado-based employees.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with our HR team to ensure that our learning and development programs are aligned with our company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development and incorporate them into our training programs.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to our learning partners to ensure that they are delivering high-quality training to our employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on commercial training.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective learning and development programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and best practices in learning and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Cornerstone, or Docebo.
• Certification in learning and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Learning Designer (CLD), is a plus.
