📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination.
• Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants.
• Ensure compliance with dental clinic regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with dental specialists and external vendors for patient referrals and treatments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental clinic management or a similar leadership role.
• Certification in dental clinic management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with dental management software such as Dentrix or Practice Fusion.
