• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for broiler farms
• Conduct farm visits to assess performance, identify issues, and implement solutions
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance farmers' technical skills
• Monitor and report on farm performance metrics, including feed conversion ratio, mortality rate, and growth rate
• Collaborate with the nutrition and veterinary teams to address feed and health-related issues
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in broiler farming
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the farming community
• Build strong relationships with farmers, providing ongoing technical support and guidance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in broiler farming or related technical roles
• Strong understanding of broiler nutrition, management, and disease prevention
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Excel, SAP, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with farmers and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Indonesian agricultural regulations and standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for farm visits
