As a Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our coffee shops in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung operate smoothly and efficiently. Your daily tasks will include preparing and serving drinks, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve coffee drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting environment for customers.
• Stock and organize coffee supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food or beverage service role.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation and basic espresso machines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language, with English being a plus.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for coffee.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
