📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and develop training materials and methodologies.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide feedback and support to employees to facilitate their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
