📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and develop high-quality plastic molds that meet our clients' specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that molds are manufactured according to schedule and budget.
• Conduct mold testing and analysis to ensure that molds meet performance and quality requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in plastics mold design.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our mold design and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure that all mold designs comply with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new mold design and manufacturing technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastics mold design and development.
• Strong knowledge of mold design software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
• Experience with mold flow analysis software, such as Moldex3D or Moldflow.
• Familiarity with plastics materials, processing methods, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
