📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Control inventory and ensure cost-effective purchasing and menu planning.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
