📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are considered.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
