📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide compassionate supervision and support to children and young persons in our residential care program.
• Assist in the implementation of daily routines, including meals, activities, and bedtime procedures.
• Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of the children under your care, reporting any concerns to the supervising staff.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and educational activities.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe living environment for the children.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the children's needs are met and their development is supported.
• Adhere to the facility's policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of your interactions with the children.
• Promote a positive and nurturing atmosphere for the children and young persons in your care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and young persons.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of children.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid work permit and visa for Indonesia.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
