📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases,Manage inventory levels and restocking,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records,Promote products and special offers to customers,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken,Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs
