📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential merchants in Waru, Jawa Timur, leveraging local market knowledge.
• Conduct site visits and assess merchant locations to ensure they meet our criteria.
• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with potential merchants.
• Onboard new merchants, including setup and configuration of POS systems.
• Provide ongoing support and training to merchants to ensure successful integration.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to streamline the onboarding process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchant acquisition or sales, preferably in the retail or F&B industry.
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding and expanding merchant networks.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with merchants.
• Familiarity with POS systems and merchant services.
• Excellent local market knowledge of Waru, Jawa Timur.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in Indonesian, with English as an added advantage.
