📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping orders, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure timely and efficient communication between international shipping partners and local teams.
• Collaborate with the shipping operations team to maintain the integrity and accuracy of translated documents.
• Stay updated with industry-specific terminology and best practices in shipping and logistics.
• Provide high-quality translations that meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients and partners.
• Assist in the preparation and review of translated documents to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Work closely with the shipping operations team to resolve any translation-related issues or discrepancies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of translation processes and procedures within the shipping department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Mandarin Document Translator, preferably in the shipping and logistics industry.
• Strong command of both written and spoken Mandarin, with excellent translation skills.
• Familiarity with shipping and logistics terminology, including terms related to bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping orders.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain the accuracy and integrity of translated documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both local and international teams.
• Proficiency in using translation software and tools, such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification in Mandarin translation or a similar specialized field is a plus.
