As a Lead Store Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our stores and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Managing store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensuring accurate and timely inventory management and reporting.,Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues to the satisfaction of customers.,Managing store finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.,Implementing and maintaining store systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.,Conducting regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in store administration or retail management.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
