📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic tests.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, such as microscopes, centrifuges, and other specialized instruments.,Ensuring that all laboratory equipment is clean, sanitized, and in proper working order.,Preparing and maintaining laboratory supplies, such as reagents, culture media, and other materials.,Recording and reporting test results accurately and promptly.,Assisting with the training and supervision of other laboratory staff, as needed.,Participating in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.,A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lab Technician or in a related field is preferred.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures is essential.,Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is a must.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software is a plus.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
