📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and comfortable environment for all employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all projects and initiatives are completed successfully.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and other relevant events and activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and employee performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
