📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.,Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain a database of job applicants and keep track of the recruitment process.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.,Provide administrative support during the onboarding process.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and support to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
