📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.,Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media activities and provide insights to management.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of managing social media accounts and growing followers.,Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
