This is a full-time position based in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 13.000.000 to Rp 23.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing all culinary operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and beverages.,Developing and implementing new menu items and culinary concepts.,Managing a team of chefs and ensuring they are trained and motivated.,Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.,Controlling inventory and ensuring efficient use of ingredients.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Managing the budget for food and beverage costs.,Representing the restaurant at culinary events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a successful kitchen operation.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to work well under supervision and as part of a team.
