• Lead and mentor a team of pastry chefs in the topping division.

• Ensure all toppings meet quality and safety standards.

• Manage inventory and suppliers for topping ingredients.
• Train and develop new pastry chefs to ensure high performance.
• Utilize SugarSync for recipe management and Tableau for sales analytics.
• Participate in regular quality control checks to maintain product standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pastry, with a focus on topping development.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring pastry teams.
• Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry techniques and equipment.
• Certification in pastry arts or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
