In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, and coordinate repairs as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.,Manage and maintain relationships with vehicle service providers and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
