Field Officer (WASH/Health) - General Santos (Filipino Nationals Only)

As a Field Officer (WASH/Health), you will play a pivotal role in implementing Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) initiatives alongside public health programs in the beautiful city of Canggu, Bali. As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for conducting community assessments, designing and implementing WASH and health projects, and monitoring project progress. You will work closely with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of our programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct community assessments to identify WASH and health needs.
• Design and implement WASH and health projects in collaboration with local communities and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical support and training to community members on WASH and health practices.
• Report on project activities and outcomes to the project team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with government agencies and other organizations to ensure the successful execution of our programs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies and plans.
• Ensure compliance with Acción Contra El Hambre's policies, procedures, and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in WASH, health, or community development projects.
• Strong knowledge of WASH and health principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
