📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the entire supply chain operations from First Mile to Last Mile, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery services.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules using advanced analytics tools such as Google Maps API and custom-built logistics software.
• Implement and enforce operational standards and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, fleet management, and customer service, to ensure end-to-end service quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, reduce delivery times, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with a proven track record in managing large-scale operations.
• Certification in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, JDA, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
