📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers,Handle customer transactions and ensure a smooth checkout process,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee equipment and cash register,Stock and manage inventory of coffee and beverage supplies,Assist in training new employees on coffee preparation and customer service skills,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction,Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier, preferably in a coffee shop or fast-food restaurant,Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage recipes,Excellent customer service and communication skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services
