📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect staff and prevent accidents.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of productivity and compliance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
