Manage and oversee the operations of a specific area within the hospital,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the area,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the area,Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff,Manage the staff within the area, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation,Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with healthcare software and technology,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments
