📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement personalized strength and conditioning programs for athletes and clients,Monitor and evaluate the progress of athletes and clients, providing feedback and adjustments as needed,Conduct injury prevention and rehabilitation programs,Collaborate with other fitness professionals to ensure comprehensive client care,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in strength and conditioning,Provide educational workshops and seminars to athletes and clients,Maintain a clean and organized training facility,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field,Certification from a reputable strength and conditioning organization (e.g., NSCA, NASM),Proven experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach or similar role,Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sports nutrition,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
