📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere.,Ensure the cashier counter operates smoothly and efficiently.,Manage cash and inventory levels, and prepare daily and weekly reports.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a high level of service standards.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
