📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the import operations, including but not limited to, customs clearance, cargo tracking, and documentation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant import regulations and customs procedures.,Work closely with suppliers, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth import processes.,Monitor and report on import performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.,Coordinate with the warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the development and implementation of import operation strategies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in resolving any import-related issues or challenges.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import transactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, International Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime logistics, import operations, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with logistics management software and systems is a plus.,Familiarity with the shipping industry and international trade is advantageous.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
