📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of potential customers through targeted outreach and relationship building.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the tea industry.,Set and achieve monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Makmur Dian Tea products and participate in trade shows and events.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
