📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Perform and interpret laboratory tests, including but not limited to food safety, quality control, and research projects.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conduct training sessions for new employees and existing staff to ensure they are up-to-date with laboratory protocols.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that laboratory results are accurately communicated and used for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Certification in food safety or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with laboratory management software and data analysis tools is a plus.
