📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.,Provide guidance and support to employees during training sessions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
