📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate interviews and schedule appointments with candidates and hiring managers.,Maintain a database of job applicants and keep records of the recruitment process.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and other recruitment materials.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field or internship.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
