As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance efforts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant.,Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in organizing and participating in team-building activities and company events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role at a retail company is a plus.
