Food & Beverage Operations Manager - Luxury Hospitality Leadership Role

Join Smart Legacy as a Food & Beverage Operations Manager and lead the operational excellence of our premium outlets in Bali’s most vibrant locations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the guest experience, drive service standards, and optimize efficiency in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. As part of our luxury hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20-30 staff, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests.

In this role, you will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement operational strategies that align with our brand vision. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of 20-30 Food & Beverage staff, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational plans, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food and beverage quality standards.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that align with the brand vision and guest experience.
• Utilize software such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and specialized F&B management tools to streamline operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations Management, with a proven track record of success in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of industry software and tools, including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and specialized F&B management systems.
• Certification in Food Safety and Health Management (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
