📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze energy consumption data using SAP and Power BI to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement energy efficiency programs and best practices.
• Conduct energy audits and assessments to evaluate current energy usage and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate energy-saving technologies and solutions.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on energy performance and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to energy management.
• Train and mentor team members on energy efficiency practices and tools.
• Participate in sustainability initiatives and projects to support PT Tambang Energi Nusantara's commitment to environmental responsibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy management, particularly in the mining sector.
• Certification in energy management or a related field (e.g., LEED AP, Energy Star, or ISO 50001).
• Proficient in using SAP and Power BI for energy data analysis.
• Strong understanding of energy regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel as needed for site visits and audits.
