As a Customs & Shipping Operations Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods into and out of our facilities. You will work closely with our customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to handle all aspects of import and export documentation, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and logistics management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and submission of import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance.
• Monitor and track the status of shipments, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the resolution of customs-related issues and disputes, working closely with our legal and compliance teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import/export transactions using our in-house logistics management system.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of freight movements, including the booking and scheduling of transportation.
• Provide support to the shipping and customs teams during peak periods and special projects.
• Stay informed about changes in customs regulations and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or a related field.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with logistics management software, such as SAP or similar systems, is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle is a plus.
