📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to support pricing strategies and decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain pricing models and algorithms to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that pricing strategies are aligned with market trends, competitive landscapes, and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions and strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and revenue growth.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and clients on pricing trends and opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements related to pricing and financial analysis.
• Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis techniques and financial modeling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or data analysis.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and pricing techniques.
• Experience with pricing optimization and revenue management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Professional certification in financial analysis or pricing (e.g., CFA, CPA, or Certified Pricing Professional) is a plus.
